Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that you feel your career is benefiting from the placement opportunities provided with our clients. The value of an FDM career lies in the ability to utilise the skills acquired through our award-winning academy. This helps in building a solid foundation for your graduate career in the tech industry, which can be challenging to do alone. Alongside ongoing personal and career guidance and support, you can gain valuable experience, enhance professional skillsets, and foster strong networks that lead to excellent career opportunities. We wish you all the best. Please feel free to reach out to us at SG.peopleteam@fdmgroup.com if you would like to discuss anything. Kind Regards, FDM Group

Pros

Remote training is the only pro

Cons

FDM is a horrible company to work for. You get the bare minimum training, if you fail a weekly exam you get fired immediately they don't care. A couple of the secondary trainers are really nice and helpful however that was overshadowed by the main trainer being racist and sexist. If you survive the training you are "rewarded" with a "competitive" salary of £20k, they then sell you to other companies for £60k+ while you are capped at £20k. There is no job security as in their contract they state the can "in our sole and absolute discretion, terminate your employment at any time and with immediate effect" . Basically if their sales reps don't find you a placement quick enough they fire you because they mass hire and their training is so bad that you will be unable to get another job in that field with that "experience"
