-Working from home. -Finishing at 1pm on friday. -Easy money if you do the bare minimum

Cons

-Finishing at 1pm on friday takes a full day out of your 20 days of holiday. -£20,000 starting salary is terrible. -Quality of teaching is awful. -75% pass mark gets stressful given poor teaching.
