- I cant actually think of anything, other than it gave me some psuedo experience to put on my CV when I left the job and looked for other work.

Cons

- Dry training, learnt very elementary things - I was placed with a client, a very well-established large bank, and was tasked with using some software I was not trained in, so I spent some time while on client site (remote) learning to use it. After learning how to use it, the client seemed to become uninterested and/or forgot about me. I was ignored. - I contacted the client and FDM multiple times about not having any work - still ignored. - I would have left earlier had the contract not updated earlier; thankfully, it is possible to leave without committing to the 2-year BS.

So far, my time here has been made most enjoyable by working with people who are genuinely kind and interested in me. I can’t think of 1 person in my office who I don’t like! Very good job from the hiring team.

Cons

I’m slightly worried about job security with the company’s performance over the last few years. But to be honest, things are looking up again now, and they’ve started hiring.
