      Pros

      I guess the one pro would be that countries like Canada have made their practice of charging exorbitant fees for leaving before 2 years are up illegal

      Cons

      Pay is a joke and not livable for the areas in which the majority of placements are located Almost everything you learn in training can also be learned on LinkedIn and Codecademy for free Account managers are dishonest about placements and ignore trainees for weeks when pressed about it

      Pros

      Great for graduate and career switching as it gets you into the job market with blue-chip companies.

      Cons

      training was mid compared to the latest industry requirements to get a role especially for data engineering. You would need to work extra hard to upskill in various tools that are needed to be proficient at data engineering. Also the job opportunities aren't there as much and if they are, there is competition not only from colleagues but from external candidates as well.
