      Pros

      The 2 year contract term is fixed which is more of a pro for me. Fresh out of university, it's not easy to get a job at a decent firm FDM has great clients like TD, Royal Bank, IGM etc. So if you can handle the 2 year contract, you'll be in a great position afterwards. It's a good way to get that first step into the corporate world.

      Cons

      The salary of course, you will feel like you deserve a lot more. And they're quite strict on their vacation policies too. But honestly, if you can make it through the 2 years, you'll be in a nice position with great experience.
