Pros

Exposure to technologies during the training period is quite good. Although the training is not great, it was great to be exposed to unix, SQL, VBA and Java. Possibility of going permanent in some big clients

Cons

Very low pay. Lack of support to their consultants. Lack of preparation for specific assignments/placements. Bad company culture - lack of incentives to support other FDM people placed on the client. Inflexible work agreement that can restrict your career significantly - need to be 100% flexible geographically across UK and need to work for 2 years for FDM Bad training - some of the modules stated in the training contract didn't have instructors or minimum materials

Pros

For a recent college grad, getting placed with an amazing IT company (they treat all employees well, genuinely want to keep us after the 2 year contract, get to travel occasionally) is all I could've asked for. Definitely utilize all available resources to you. I, too, was once terrified of all the negative reviews on glassdoor and almost quit before the 2 week probationary period. Trust me, as long as you know what you're getting into, this is an amazing deal.

Cons

Make sure you're adamant about not being geo flexible. That's the one big advantage I had going into this. Also don't be afraid to say no to jobs that don't appeal to you at all (but don't be overly picky either).

Pros

Want to learn java and have never done it before training is quite good.

Cons

Go to UK for €170 per week for 16 weeks. Promises of loads of jobs but most people in Ireland are never placed. €26,000 for a java developer is way below average for working in Dublin. Get more as a graduate.Tied in for 90 days after doing their academy which means you can't work with anybody else either. From your first day of employment you are tied to that money for 2 years.
