      Pros

      Exposure to a wide range of clients. Some account managers are really good at their job to place the consultants as fast as possible. Opportunities are available for anyone is willing to work hard!

      Free training on IT areas such as SQL and OOP

      Cons

      Held "hostage" until they "find you" a job. Even if they don't you will have to endure 3 months of unpaid attendance to their offices.
