      Really good place for people interested in technology

      Pros

      - Training is very good & engaging. Not simply trainer talking and you listening. They will seek your active participation. - Half paid training. Full paid during placement. Salary is great for fresh graduates especially in this poor economy. People with previous work experience still join FDM because of its attractive clients and package. - HK trainers are genuinely awesome people. They really care about the consultants and go above and beyond to help them learn new things. - Placed with big name companies where you can probably convert to a full-time employee after 2 year contract. Big pay increase too :D

      Cons

      - Little to no choice on where you get placed. They make it very clear in the beginning to be open minded about where you get placed. - Some training modules may be redundant for more experienced consultants.
