Pros

The initial training period was not bad Placement wise, very luck dependent, you don’t get to choose where you go. I know some that got a good placement and loved it which is fair play but many from my time there cannot say the same.

Cons

Where do I begin, I should have seen the red flags from when the recruiter consistently did not call me back at the agreed time for feedback After getting accepted into the company and completing the training, that’s when things changed for the worst. For a start, their many of the Sales team are not well trained, rude and inauthentic personalities. They treat the consultants like their own personal employees or simply as numbers which should not be the case. If you are not happy with where you are placed, they expect you to just accept it and although they allow you to express your concerns, nothing will be done about it. By coming here, you will have no say on your career, it’s whatever is decided by the Sales team based on their clients so it may or may not work out as you would like. And the bench staff that supervise consultants on the bench are honestly rude and patronising except for one who was genuinely a lovely person.

Pros

Most of the trainers are friendly and helpful, and the training isn't the worst - although not the best either

Cons

The company is in constant decline; management have been deluding everyone into thinking the situation will improve for years Infrequent client opportunities as a result, and of which are often for very entry level roles (e.g. help desk) From the opportunities that are available, the interviews are typically extremely competitive and they rarely provide adequate support for preparation You get fired if they're unable to place you with a client after roughly half a year The account managers treat you like an expendable resource Very poor salary Additionally, my start date was delayed by over 6 months. Initially I was supposed to start employment in Feb 2024, then they called me one week before and delayed it to April, and then again to June, and delayed a third time to September.

Pros

The only pros to this job was the remote nature of the training and the other consultants were lovely

Cons

The training was crammed and with very little support. Once training was complete I was placed on the 'bench' as they call it and they completely forgot about me - I was not involved in meetings/reviews/workshops that were required from me, and anytime I followed up about them excluding me they 'forgot' to follow up or my superiors simply told me that it 'wasn't my responsibility' - which was their words verbatim. They encourage you to be self-sufficient/show initiative when getting placed with clients however were completely unresponsive, sometimes for weeks on end. There is very little hope for career progression and they treat you like a commodity/a number. They promote extensive and well rounded mental welfare support that is simply an app similar to 'Better Help'. They also pay lower than any low paid role I have ever been in and I was honestly treated better in a retail environment. I had to plead with HR and Account Mangers for a work device, if you do not have a device they will not provide you with you. If you are like me and want to be respected in your place of work then do not apply here. I was terminated due to the market, and I was removed from all business midday on a Wednesday, they did not even respect my time enough at the end of the day to thank my fellow employees for their time/effort and work. They amplify their influence in the Tech Industry and promise you the moon and the stars during a 6/7 stage interview process, to let you go midweek without warning, hence 0 job security. They want you to live to work, rather than work to live.
