      Pros

      1) Great platform to begin my career. 2)Fantastic offices in central location. 3)Young and energetric atmosphere at the company. 4)Enjoyed the training I received. The trainers are fantastic. 5) Great summer parties 6) Given responsibilty when working for clients.

      Cons

      Training is thorough but tough, Two year bond does perturb some, but it worked for me.

      Great company to start out with. They'll take you from being a college graduate to being a professional programmer.

      Pros

      They bridge the gap between what you learn when you come out of university and what you need to learn when you a professional IT consultant. The training is hard and intense, but totally worth it. Their clients are all large well established organizations, mostly banks. Your resume would look much better after being at FDM.

      Cons

      You have to be geographically flexible, but they do help with relocating. You have to forgo pay for 4 months whilst you complete our training course. Pay will start, once you are onsite at our clients work place.

      Pros

      Decent training program for what they provide, it wont make you an expert at the material but will provide you with more than adequate skills for entry level positions. They are exactly who they say they are. They train you and then sell you to clients.

      Cons

      2 year contract, low pay. Some people may have hard times getting placed after training. It all depends on how marketable you are and your skills. The training is usually 2 or 3 lectures a week, and then you are left alone to complete the project.
