Returners programme - good way to get back on the job market after a break.

Cons

FDM does not (in my experience) operate as a consultancy - it’s essentially a resource “bodyshop”. There is no career path defined or long term training. You can and will be sent to interview & work for absolutely any client that wants you, regardless of experience or preference.
