None if you are thinking of applying I wouldn't

Cons

The company is awful, they only care about staff in the head office and those in Sales, if you are in any other department you will be left to watch the others celebrate. Awful staff members that make up lies, managers are only managers as they are the only ones who have stuck, bullied by managers if they don't like you, let go of consultants because they can't find them jobs and if they don't like you, they will put you on a performance plan to make you leave Promised promotions and salary increase, don't get any as the company say they aren't doing any however those in sales get promoted

Pros

Give you training for the first 12 weeks, intensive application process so it feels good when you get it. Good achievement

Cons

Low pay, they advertise their locations as London, Leeds or Glasgow but you have to work with clients who may have different locations. Does not mean you will be working in London, Leeds or Glasgow, but somewhere near those areas. Was a bit misleading.
