Good steping stone to change field/industry if you are coming from a non-CS/Business background

Cons

Bind you for 2 years regardless anything ; impossible to change placement/ role if you are being placed. Basically just have to listen what FDM says So the role you are assigned i think >70% is by luck as there are too many other factors that determine which client/ which placement you are going.
