Little opportunities nowadays. No sick leaves (deducted from pay). Company receives two times of your salary. Can’t pick your deployment.

Lack of clients Lack of training Clients are looking for a person with 2plus years of experience. Half the time you are just waiting to do work. If you are going to join, don’t, get your skills and certs, and you will get paid way more what they offer.
