Pros

- Career progression (you can achieve more here than you can in large companies. I know because I've done it) - Great people (the colleagues i work with are smart, diverse and friendly. I've made some real friends that i will always be in touch with) - Empowering environment (management is supportive and encouraging, but honest at the same time) - Opportunity to make a difference (I have seen the difference i have personally made on assignments, teams and projects. Whenever i have asked for more responsibility i was given it)

Cons

- People at FDM work hard, so if you'd rather have a comfortable job where you can do your 9-5 and leave without stress then this is not for you. On the other hand, if you thrive on going above and beyond then you will be recognised and will progress quickly.

Pros

There are few pros: -paid PRINCE 2 qualification -office location -training for free, after all -if you are lucky the clients are good opportunities for the future

Cons

-after the training you have to wait in the pond (a big open plan space with computers) without anything to do -they are NOT clear and transparent with contract when they recruit you. there is no written anywhere that you have to attend the academy after training -you have to be available for account managers email and phone every time and you get told off if you do not answer immediately -no communication between departments -everyone seems helpful but they dont care at all -the account managers think they are gods on earth but they are a few years older than graduates and sometime even less qualified -the account managers do not care of your experience or preference -the salary between placements is 18,000 K and nobody says anything about it -there is not living allowance -Terrible assistance to foreign graduate (flexibility in the contracts for accommodation in London is impossible)
