Pros

The job does not involve a fixed timetable allowing me to decide when I will work each week, giving me flexibility so that I can balance my university work and social life around my weekly tasks.

Cons

It can be difficult to motivate myself to get the tasks done early in the week when I know the timetable is so flexible. However I try to organise a time to complete the tasks early in the week to ensure that they are completed on time.

Pros

I was welcomed from day one and given the tools and support I needed to do my job without question. I am able to use my own initiative and apply my knowledge and skills. I feel that my contributions are valued. The work environment is professional, my manager is approachable and supportive, and my colleagues are easy to get along with. I haven't been here too long but this feels like a company I can trust, and more importantly - one that trusts me. I am happy to be part of FDM group.

Cons

There aren't any so far!

Pros

I am really enjoying the training and support that I have recieved so far. It has been extremely professional from the first stage of recruitment, through to meeting the sales team and being put forward to opportunities. I feel as though the entire company is very well integrated and I am excited by the new prospects of working all around the UK. There are also chances to work further afield with opportunities becoming available in South Africa and the Asian Pacific. Even though the training is unpaid, it gives me a competitive edge on other graduates and would cost me a lot more time and effort if I did not have it.

Cons

To me, the training seemed like a step up from university and I had to sometimes ask a lot of questions to fully understand what I was learning. The current offices are slightly small, but we are moving to what looks like an incredible new location.
