FDM Group reviews

The FDM graduate programme gives you the opportunity to work with some fantastic companies, many of which I would not have been able to work for without going through the programme. Although the company has grown hugely, it has a small feel to it and you get to know everyone in the company very quickly. Everyone is very friendly and wants to you do to well. Even though you go off to work at other companies around the UK after the training, you stay in contact with many people at the company and it is a good way to network and meet new people who can help you develop in your career.

It consists of a group of people that are very helpful. A great team with a variety of skill sets. As an employee I felt at ease and comfortable on the first day on the job. I felt as if I had all the resources to succeed at the job and whatever resources were not readily available and I needed were also looked into and provided to me.
