The pay is decent You can easily get placed at a large corporation where you'll be making a lot of money if you go full-time with the client Pretty good training at the Reston, VA location

Cons

Pay does not scale for different locations. 50K might be enough in the south, but it's not enough in Boston or NYC (where a lot of people are placed). I'd suggest saving a lot of money before working here. They also don't have much relocation assistance (only give you $700) and the pay during training is only $12/hour and you train for up to 3 months.

if you have no tech experience, they'll 'train' you and help you find a job in the tech field

Cons

Low salary, around 45k in year 1 and 49k year 2.. that includes bonus and the fee to break the 2 years contract, 30k if you did not make it to a year... after a year 20k to break the contract. There's better choices out there. Also account managers are liars.

FDM shows no interest in supporting graduates on site despite empty claims

Good experience IF you get a lucky placement/ role

Cons

Very poor support for consultants Empty claims of support are shown to be baseless once you need it and they show an inability or a lack of interest in doing so when asked Terrible overtime scheme even when doing so due to Covid Minimum holiday with “one extra day a year” technically true but actually not.
