      Pros

      My experience at FDMGroup has been extremely positive. FDM opened doors for me and I am currently happily employed. FDM offers security witch is extremely important to me. FDM offers support during the employment. An FDM offer not only initial training but continue with improvement. FDM is accommodating and flexible. Overall I am thrilled and don’t regret my decision to join the company.

      The two year contact is a long commitment but understandable.

      Pros

      -great way to kick start your career in IT - decent training -great academy with experienced rainers -great summer parties -work with big established companies -meet great people

      Cons

      -pay is pretty poor -you are slave to fdm for 2 years -exploitation : No sick or Holiday pay. You have to move to wherever they place you, You have to go for any position they place you even though you may not be keen on the role. When your no longer an asset to them they kick you out even though the situation may not be in your hands i.e
