FDM is suitable for fresh graduates or people new to the tech. The Academy is definitely helpful. It is a good starting point to build your profile and network. In Hong Kong, highly recommended if you have an interest in IT of financial services.

Cons

Getting ideal placement requires luck and proactiveness, like normal job seeking. 2 years of the contract is usually too long for Millennials. You ought to take care of yourself on site. FDM is not obligated to help you.
