      Pros

      Very friendly peers and seniors. They are always supportive and willing to answering your questions. Can get very good opportunities to work for top financial companies in Australia.

      Cons

      Need to dress up every day. Training is sometimes too intense.

      Pros

      - Open concept office space encourages a collaborative work environment - Advancement opportunities (I personally went from Reception to Event Coordinator fairly quickly) - So many learning opportunities within all departments - High level management is always open to speaking with you

      Cons

      Can be a little cliquey at times, but is still more inclusive than other workplaces I have experienced/heard about.

      Tutors are helpful and resourceful, skilled and experienced (some of them worked in renowned financial compnies for a long time) Training course arrangement is intensive on a weekly basis, mostly followed by an exam at the end of each module, which we need to pass Courses cover a wide range of knowledge, from basic skills to intermediate level of a programming language, i.e. Java Self study with unlimited access to online learning platforms, e.g. Pluralsight

      Cons

      Account managers sometimes overestimate your skills/knowledge level in providing an interview opportunity of a senior role, which may lead to a failure of the interview; it depends on your targeted region (e.g. EU or APAC) Some courses would need to include in-depth knowledge, which is required and usually asked in an interview; this helps save time in doing self- study after class (of course you will always need to learn)
