Good training, good working environment, most of those opportunities are good.

Cons

Lack of flexibility, I was forced to work in another city and the boss in HK yelled at me when I try to talk with him. He never respect his employees.

Pros

Help you get your foot through the door within the IT industry. Very supportive of consultants that are onsite and host many activities that help you to network.

Cons

Salary isn't so great but they definitely help you to see your value. The training is also a little bit broad in scope but otherwise, no complaints

Can provide opportunities to work for companies you may not otherwise have a chance Allow and encourage consultants to transition to full-time employees with your client (after fulfilling 2-year commitment to FDM) Provides good training prior to being placed on a client site

Cons

Far below average pay (minimum wage during training period, ~43K annually once on-site) Little to no say in who your client will be Must be willing to relocate 2-year contract with an early termination fee
