Don’t apply to this company. You’ll never progress. They’re stingy with salaries, the board are out of touch and the management are not interested in what’s going on - on the ground. People leave all the time. It’s a revolving door process. They don’t understand that to maintain good employees they have to provide incentives. But in their eyes, the incentive is to work for them. As if they are the MI5. If you get let go, they act like you are an enemy who has state secrets, and you are not even allowed back into the building to collect your belongings.
