      Pros

      - ambitious people - stable and supportive through lockdowns/covid, adapted easily and noone was furloughed or let go. - understanding of parental commitments - provide an environment to grow - listens to sensible business suggestions and implements them - hard work is recognised - always adapting, never boring.

      Pros

      This was a great job to start my career in management. I have done a two year placement and learnt a lot from it. The salary increases each year which is motivating.

      Cons

      The base salary is poor which I think is the reason to relatively high staff turnover.

      Pros

      This is a really good company that can teach you relevant skills and programs used in the Financial and Tech industry. You get 3 months of intensive training then you get placed. More often than not you get placed in positions that usually require between 3 to 5 years of experience, so if you are a fresh graduate this is especially helpful if you don't have connections. You are tied into a contract for 2 years, but after the two years, you have a really high chance of getting internalized at the blue chip company you were placed at (with a significant pay raise).

      Pay is not the greatest but it's okay
