Pros

I can't see any pros they will try to fool you by placing into there offices and after you will hate the same place

Cons

Unpaid training in the most expensive city in the world. No guarantee of the job after the training . Very rude staff don't want to help you while you are already frustrated.very frustrated training room atmosphere.after working in so called blue chip companies your motivation level will be down because you don't have any job security ,overall I think is a nightmare

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I’m pleased to hear you would recommend FDM to others and that you value the skills learnt and the opportunities the company offers. Our consultants (including you) are the most important part of our business and it concerns me that you feel there is no real contact with FDM once you go on site and that your complaints are not taken seriously. Given that you are still working with FDM, I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further so that I can personally address your complaints. Please email me at jonathan.young@fdmgroup.com Jonathan Young - CIO

Pros

General working hours are pretty great. Most people are contracted for 9am to 5:30pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm. People are generally nice except certain individuals in higher up positions.

Cons

Benefits aren't great. You don't get sick pay for your first 2 years. You get 20 days holiday but you must spend 3 of them between Christmas and New Year. They don't have cycle to work scheme or season ticket loan. You are eligible for some discounts to some shops etc but it's not that helpful. You must wear professional business attire (men must be in suit and tie), no casual Fridays. Pay is pretty low across the board for IT consultants, Recruitment and HR.
