For one who's new to IT working field, FDM provides decent opportunity, help you step into the door fast.

Cons

The pay is really bad. You are in a 2 year contract with them and get paid basically minimum wage for 2 years.

Absolutely and utterly no pros.

Cons

Where do I being FDM is one of the biggest jokes in NYC wasted a year of my time only to completely degrade my skill set down to basic core Java, And the PODS! Don’t get me started , it’s a bunch of clowns playing make believe, If you join FDM you deserve to have your career destroyed.
