Pros

The only pro that I can think of is that once in awhile they will have a decent job to offer.

Cons

The people that work at Express Pros Employment (at least in my location are some of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They got me a job that was to last a month, however I injured my foot to the point that I would not be able to do the job an longer. I called and to inform them that I would not be able to finish the job and that I was very sorry and rather than express any sort of compassion to the fact that I had been injured they got all pissed off that I didn't call in earlier. Admittedly I should have called in sooner, but the fact that they didn't seem to care at all about the fact that I was injured while on one of their jobs was absolutely astonishing. Unless you are absolutely desperate for employment and can't go through another staffing agency I would highly recommend avoiding Express at all costs. I have gotten nothing but rudeness from them from day one.

Pros

None, you will spend more time than you will make. In the end you will be worse off.

Cons

As I stated you will be worse off. They use employees for personal gain and lie constantly aboutto keep them running around in order to keep their doors open. No need to even go through an agency so unprofessional.

Pros

Meeting people, Doing Job Fairs, Interviews, Learning about different companies.

Cons

No health benefits for full-time or part-time employees, due to size of company. Hard sell of services to clients. Company not family oriented.
