      Pros

      Express has been around for a long time. They are a franchise company. They do offer a lot of training and support to each of the franchise locations

      Cons

      Each franchise is limited to a territory. This really lessens the potential for new customers and sales. small communities can only offer so much to the sales team. Ultimately you hit your income ceiling pretty quick at Express

      Pros

      Close knit group of staff. Very easy to feel comfortable with co-workers.

      Cons

      Training material is a torture device. No real H/R training, more sales. Starting pay is okay, but long term is not very good.

      Pros

      never had problems recieving check stubs and when i was sick from the job they had me at they called and let the company know

      Cons

      say i dont have a last check but they held back a week when i started working for them
