Pros

Great people Great locations Travel Travel discounts

Cons

Lots of re-orgs. They promise to hire back if they can - but immediatly reject. I was ghosted by a recruiter who didnt even show up to a interview. After contacting they stated "I meant to cancel" or chat.

Pros

Good Work Life balance, People are nice, a strong diversity culture too. TC is decent but not as good as the top tier companies, If there is a tier list then Expedia would be at T1 not T0. If Expedia offers better TC and career opportunities then I can see myself working here for lifetime.

Cons

Slow career progression, many talented developers stuck at a level for many years without getting a promotion. Compensations increase every year are too mild to catch inflation.
