Pros

Oppurtunities to prove yourself. Support to improve and enhance skills. Fair compensation. Work-Life Balance.

Cons

Move to downtown (worst decision by management in my 5 years) Offices for managers and cubicles for employees. (second worst decision). This will create a sense of in-equality. Increasing beurocracy. Lots of time is wasted in fruitless and/or redundant discussions and meetings.

Pros

Thanks to the absurdly long interview loop, you usually end up with a pretty good pool of talented coworkers. There are also some incredible gems in management. Great parties.

Cons

Not a clear or obvious career path. Lack of documented process leaves too much room for decisions-on-a-whim from upper management. Due to industry-leader status, innovation can fall to the wayside in favor of an if-it-ain't-broke-don't-fix-it mentality.

Pros

You get to work on something new every few weeks, since most projects have a 2-3 month lifespan

Cons

Becoming too bureaucratic, top management is focused on outsourcing as an objective and not as a means to achieve an end
