Pros

Great work/life balance, culture promotes team work, camaraderie, fun and growing industry

Cons

Managers from various departments have the autonomy to decide if work/family flexibility is a priority which makes for some inconsistencies in how various employees see the company.

It's a call center..

Pros

Good product, they stand behind what they sell. Service after the sale is great. If there is an issue they will fix it.

Cons

Expedia is expanding call centers all over the world. Insecurity about when the center will close is always looming. Management doesn't seem to want to listen to what the people who are actually doing the work have to say.
