As the leader of the Talent Acquisition organization, I view it as a personal responsibility to ensure our organization is a great place to work and that we are bringing in strong talent for the entirety of Expedia, Inc. Specific to my team, some of the turnover mentioned in the post was planned and in-line with individual career growth and goals. Nonetheless, I take the feedback seriously and will work closely with my leadership team to ensure Talent Acquisition is great place to work.
The one comment I do want to address specifically is regarding our approach to compensation for our recruits. Though packages will vary by individuals and roles, we aim to compensate competitively within our company guidelines and ranges. While always under review, we are confident our compensation and benefits packages are aligned with the broader market.
