Pros

With the new Ceo, Ariane, things have started to take shape. The LT has vision now and is focusing on improving EG's products.

Cons

Too many reorgs.Nearly every year there's a reorg which leaves teams demotivated.

Pros

Every employee gets an annual travel budget provided by the company.

Cons

Constant reorgs, which means employees get bounced around from manager to manager, there is no accounting for an employee's expertise when teams and jobs are restructured and layoffs are constant. This also contributes to very little room for career growth. Top-heavy structure that feels classist as communication is extremely poor between leadership and individual contributors and is often abstract and vague. Unhealthy work environment from all the reorgs and many employees extremely unhappy and burnt out while many others simply have given up and do very little work.
