Pros

Pay, equity, real product led culture like any true tech company

Cons

Our leadership is a rotating door of incompetence, at the higher levels Director+ job requirements might as well include a strong background in politics. No faith in this leadership to deliver a differentiated experience for customers. Also the layoffs are so poorly planned and near constant. It builds a climate of fear and I have yet to see any plan other then ‘do more with less’. It’s disheartening to see a clear off-shoring strategy and cost-cutting approach that moves jobs in favour of lowest costs.

Pros

Insurance at Canadian medical - 2 days work from home - benefits ( travel found and discount in partner website ) - nice office

Cons

It's a call center - you don't work to help hotel and partner but only to force them to put some promotion Impossible to grow in the company quickly
