- Checkboxes being ticked by immediate management without pushback - Decision-making is not local - Salaries are stagnant. Bonuses after a whole year of blood, sweat, and tears are laughable - Too many incompetent people in middle management - Career Growth is not based on merit - No Career Path

Pros

Flexible work hours, coworkers are nice and friendly depending upon which team you end up with, nice campus.

Cons

Forced return to work, long commutes, confused leadership with no concrete planning, promotions are not based on your performance but is based on who you know, zero innovation, pretends to listen to suggestions but does not take action , too much re orgs, managements patting each others back for accomplishing nothing but just talking about plans and the list goes on
