The position of “Partner Growth & Agility Associate” does not only do account management. But it involves a lot of cold calls to the hotel partners everyday. There is a target of 10-11 per calls daily to different hotel partners & is usually to ask for promotions & deals. No designated profiles per account manager. It is a pool of accounts to share among all the associates.
It is stressful & not worth of it for these kind of daily targets. If you cannot hit it, you might not get your bonus by the end of the quarter.
