Thank you for the review! Great employees are one of our main assets that we are very proud of. And it is definitely true about possibility to combine work with studies: about 80% of Game Presenters are students and plan their shifts, so they can continue their studies. As we provide high quality service to our customers, it is important to be as professional as possible, so we monitor mistakes made during shifts. It is opportunity for employee to grow and perform better each time. Regarding learning process – we are constantly making improvements at Evolution Academy to provide the best learning experience we can.

Actually for the last three years company has been using the engagement survey for employees in order to get the feedback about all the departments, the roles they have and overall work environment. According to the results, we take them into the consideration and make improvements.
