      - International environment - Amazing team of young and experienced people - Various events and teambuilding twice a year - Good atmosphere and connection with colleagues - Learning opportunities and workshops - Access to lots of platforms - Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders - Benefits such as private healthcare and gym membership

      - Very high targets and pressure - Lots of micromanaging - Not being able to work from home - Problematic or unserious candidates - Not enough opportunities to grow

      Working 3 or 4 day on and 2 or 3 days off as a routine

      Cons

      Overwork employees when there are game presenter lacking or dont show up and they dont want to pay for overtime. The routine shifting is tiring and most presenters have back pain due to uncomfortable chairs on the gaming floor and the company doesn’t do anything to change thats. Very bad bonus system
