It was a very comfortable place to work. The team leads then were very assistive and open to helping. They were also open to making one grow within the company.

Good environment, and a great place to learn!

Cons

The C level keeps making one stupid decision after the other. The latest one, to send everyone back to the office full time, 5x a week, is unbelievably stupid in 2025. No one from IT needs to work at an office 5x a week anymore, there are so many other places offering remote work (including Evolution's direct competitors). They're losing good people over this and will lose more.
