      Job might get stale after a while and make you wish to switch projects or teams, management and organizational things might be a bit hit or miss ocasionally

      Thank you for your comments! Actually for the last three years company has been using the engagement survey for employees in order to get the feedback about all the departments, the roles they have and overall work environment. According to the results, we take them into the consideration and make improvements.

      Good career upportunities, Friendly and positive colleagues, Prestigious position, Nice perks like the gym, The salary is quite competitive, Upportunity to work together with quite smart people.

      Cons

      Sometimes the business priorities are unclear. Also the technical debt in code makes all improvements very slow.

You can see our quarterly updates in our internal magazine Mudskipper, receiving emails from the company`s board and quarterly meetings with board to get acquainted with the latest topics.

      Pros

      Leader in its area and does everything to remain such leader. Company cares about workers and provides them with decent salaries (mostly adequate to average market salaries), nice office and work environment and satisfies most of the employees requests. Proper kitchen, own gym. Co-workers are very friendly, eager to help and like to do their work properly.

      Cons

      Business is pushing too many projects into development at the same time, thus overloading developers. Quite frequently key team members find themselves assigned to work on several projects in parallel. Rare salary reviews. To get an increase you have to push your management yourself or get a promotion. Otherwise your salary will remain the same for years.

It is true – sometimes it is really hard to manage all the projects at once, because the company’s business goals and targets are very high.
