      Pros

      Young company where you get a lot of oppurtunties to grow if you are ambitious enough.

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels like the company grew too fast: some people are in positions they really should not be in. Also, managment is very Eastern European, so expect some culture clashes in way of being treated.
