Company has gotten worse in the last 2 years

Pros

The only advantage is the possibility of having extra shifts to increase the basic salary, obviously this can also have disadvantages

Cons

Different salary based on nationality; too many parameters to follow which make it almost impossible to get the maximum bonus; assessments written specifically to make you lose the bonus. Continuous change of personnel; no benefits apart from the gym, coffee and taxi at night. Basic insurance plan.

Not a good place to be at

Pros

- Projects might be interesting and challenging - Nice and helpful colleagues - Possibly a slightly higher wage than at Portuguese companies - Nice office - Most likely, the work/life will be fine

Cons

- Communication from the tops is awful: nearly (if not all) requests from Lisbon employees were discarded, resulting in a really high turnover rate (this is not limited to requests, but regarding all communication in general). - Employees were forced to come to the office 3 times per week, all requests to lift the rule (according to the hard rental situation in the city) were discarded - Salary reviews are really poor - There's not much investments to keep employees within the company

Pros

This company makes a lot of promises it can’t keep. It is operating under the radar and when the gaming commission catches up there will be problems. Tips aren’t accumulating accurate Coffee machines never work. No free snacks as promised Dirty work area

Cons

Management is very biased. Some chase women others have preference based on looks. Bonuses are given to employees who make little to no errors. They will intentionally put you on a bad table where an error is more likely to occur. They also do not keep accurate statistics and no one to correct the problem which will cost you extra money. It’s a monopoly where all the action is funneled from. Every website into one. They also have BOTs that come into the game when players are doing well and throw off the card count. Hurting the probability for potential earnings from tips.
