      Freedom to control your schedule.

      Cons

      Low wages, sanitary problems. Bad ventilation on floors. This and other problems caused employees to go on strike in 2024, it is an ongoing strike.

      Very clear expectations and achievable benchmarks. They pull no punches and waste no time getting rid of problematic or distracting employees/trainees which leads to a very professional environment by the end of training.

      Cons

      Training can be challenging for people who struggle with memorizing rules and protocols. No second chances unless there are unusual circumstances.
