The workplace is characterised by detrimental leadership practices, pervasive micromanagement, and a toxic atmosphere. Employees who demonstrate dedication and garner positive relationships with their peers become targets for undue hardship. Leadership appears to lack fundamental skills, resorting to oppressive micromanagement to the extent that it drives individuals to consider leaving due to the overall toxic work environment.

Salary never changes. It's frozen. You'll hear a lot of `blah-blah` from managers, but it will never change. Just keep it in mind when applying for a job here. No promotions. So called flat structure (which is not flat, in fact.) Everyone matters, but some people `matter more`.
