Pros

Free gym and free coffee

Cons

Far away, minimum wage, impossible standards, lack of clarity, they police every aspect of your physical appearance (specially for women). Important: They say they pay for the training, but if you leave before 6 months they'll discount it from your salary, so basically they're not paying you for the training

Pros

The company offered great benefits, a beautiful office, and amazing people. The salary was very good, and we also enjoyed some hybrid work weeks.

Cons

In many companies, pre-approved code blocks are used to build game features. Progression within the company depends on time and familiarity with this code database. However, relying solely on this database can limit your JavaScript skills to a junior level. Switching to another company becomes challenging over time because: º Non-compete clauses may prevent you from joining other casino game companies. º Your expertise will be in the company's database, not in broader JavaScript or other frameworks unless you study independently. This situation can be seen as positive or negative, depending on the individual's perspective.

Pros

With so many disadvantages, it is difficult to find advantages. After all, most of the team is sick with stress, depression, bornout, among other things

Cons

Ugh, here would be an endless list of things. But we start with the mismanagement of the company. Most leaders do not have adequate training to occupy the jobs they are in. Which generates chaos in the organisation, in the work shifts. Everything seems improvised and done in a very amateur way. Much of what they say in the interview (which is very well programmed to deceive you) does not happen in practice. Schedules are not respected, breaks are not 30 minutes. It's the most toxic environment I've ever worked in my life. The salary they say you can achieve (because it depends on bonuses) is a lie. They told me one thing and in practice it's another. In addition to the bonuses being almost impossible to get. I wouldn't recommend this company even to an enemy.
