Ugh, here would be an endless list of things. But we start with the mismanagement of the company. Most leaders do not have adequate training to occupy the jobs they are in. Much of what they say in the interview (which is very well programmed to deceive you) does not happen in practice. Schedules are not respected, breaks are not 30 minutes. It's the most toxic environment I've ever worked in my life. The salary they say you can achieve (because it depends on bonuses) is a lie. They told me one thing and in practice it's another. In addition to the bonuses being almost impossible to get. I wouldn't recommend this company even to an enemy.
