      Pros

      Honestly one of the best places I’ve worked. The team is extremely smart and moves fast, but what really stands out is that people are very kind and there is basically no ego. It creates a really positive and collaborative environment. It’s also a great place if you want to learn and grow. You’re constantly exposed to new ideas and challenges, and it’s very stimulating intellectually. If you like working with talented people and being in a fast-moving environment, this is a really exciting place to be.

      Pros

      In 10+ years of work experience, I've never experienced such a talented group of people that doesn't take themselves too seriously. I learn something in my role everyday, the subject matter is ridiculously interesting, and managers actually care about providing opportunities for professional development. Truly a one-of-a-kind workplace!

      Cons

      There is very little hand-holding (which might be a con for some). It's very much a self-starter environment, and if you don't know something, you're expected to go find it out / ask questions.
