      Only pro is that pay is 16.25/hour

      Cons

      Everything. No benefits, management is poor, lack of internal communication, you're very disposable to them. The second you tick off a manager, they will fire you.

      It is good money. You work isn't mentally agonizing. Good schedules. I love how we help other companies grow and mature.

      Cons

      We need a easier way to be promoted and to value other employees work. There need to be mmore communication with very high manager and just normal employees.
