Big company Really good references A lot of oportunities to get your first job here.

Cons

As a big company, they have to fire and to hire new employers continuously. If the development of the project are good, ok, but if it´s not good, they hurry up to get fire to the employers. They don´t have patience and don´t trust in his employers.
