      It was a rollercoaster, up and downs and many years of hard work without commensurate compensation.

      There are opportunities for advancement, good location.

      Cons

      Management, nepotism, regular employees get no paid vacation or sick days, very little or expensive benefits and have to pay out of pocket for parking and ID. People get ahead because of who they know, bad to worst working condition. No sense of security, you can be fired at any moment. High turnover.

      - the shifts are horrible and the management team don't know what they're doing. - always short staff and over worked -pay sucks -work lots of people who can't even speak English
