Pros

Good company for first post-graduate job. Good benefits - healthcare and pension. Nice office.

Cons

If you get stuck in a bad team, with a toxic manager, you may potentially be stuck doing the same work - not ideal when you're looking for a new role after this. Micromanagement seems common. HR is only for the company, not the employees, never forget that, Hybrid policy is very rigid - if you live far away, there are no accommodations, in terms of travelling, or financially. Depending on the team, it may feel like your work is meaningless and that no one cares what you do.
